Bidding Priority Rules 1. Highest Bid - the highest bid always wins. 2. In case of a tie, the highest quantity at the higher price wins. 3. Time of the FIRST successful bid at the winning price - FIRST successful bid at the winning bid level wins over later bids at the same level. 4. An existing Proxy Bid will revert to its original timestamp when it reaches maximum amount. Maximum Suggested Bid The maximum suggested bid is a guideline to help bidders.
